Apologies for the late update, partially caused by me only doing Nap - Lon on Sunday evening. Having now been involved in traffic jams on the way to the airport in both Tyr and Nap in the last month I can safely say that war could not break out between Italy and Austria because of the practicalities of getting troops to the front line.
